The hotel was comfortable and I loved the streets of Verona. Booked a room for a great value. The service was great and the staff were excellent. The location was excellent in the region. It was also not far from Turning Stone Rrsort, the Oneida Community Mansion House and USB outlets that everyone should. Have stayed here many times and would like to stay there on the next trip.

I had a pretty good time and definitely plan on coming back. I liked the cozy and welcoming vibe of this place, and the room with two beds was just what I needed. Everything was super clean everywhere you looked. 🌟

It was a quiet hotel in a nice safe area, near to which include a Fairfield Inn and Casino, ample outlets, and the Oneida Community Mansion House. The location was good - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The rooms with pull out couch and coffee maker and 2 queen beds. Awesome location, a few steps away from everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Delta Cafe nearby.

The service at the front desk was excellent, with Jackie being particularly helpful and happy. The staff also accommodated our request to cancel one room and provided a room for three people at no extra cost. The rooms were clean, despite a bit of dog dander. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel allowed dogs in the rooms, which was problematic for some of us who were allergic. The dog hair was difficult to remove, even after cleaning.

Hotel was quiet little and exceptionally friendly, greatly enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at Microtel and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was very clean and in a convenient location, especially for those visiting Turning Stone Resort. We were even able to check in before the designated time without any hassle. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and I particularly loved the pancake maker. I'll definitely be returning to Microtel in the future.
